camp of Reuben:
"Reuben,ª thou¹ [art] my firstborn,ª my might,ª and the beginningª of my strength,ª the excellencyª of dignity,ª and the excellencyª of power:ª ... Unstableª as water,ª thou shalt not¹ excel;ª ° because¹ thou wentest upª ° to thy father'sª bed;ª then¹ defiledst¹ thou² ° [it]: he went upª ° to my couch.ª" {Gen 49:3-4} + "Now the sonsª of Reubenª the firstbornª of Israel,ª (for¹ he¹ [was] the firstborn;ª but, forasmuch as he defiledª ° his father'sª bed,ª his birthrightª was givenª ° unto the sonsª of Josephª the sonª of Israel:ª and the genealogy is not to be reckonedª °¹ after the birthright.ª" {1Ch 5:1}

Elizur:
