{Leviticus 27:25} And all x3605 thy estimations 6187 shall be x1961 according to the shekel 8255 of the sanctuary: 6944 twenty 6242 gerahs 1626 shall be x1961 the shekel. 8255

And all:
"And thy estimationª shall be¹ of the maleª from twenty² years² oldª ¹ ¹ ¹ even unto¹ sixtyª yearsª old,ª even thy estimationª shall be¹ fiftyª shekelsª of silver,ª after the shekelª of the sanctuary.ª" {Lev 27:3}

to the shekel:
A standard shekel; the standard being kept in the sanctuary, to try and regulate all the weights in the land by.

twenty:
"This¹ they shall give,ª ° every one¹ that passethª ° amongª them that are numbered,ª ° halfª a shekelª after the shekelª of the sanctuary:ª (a shekelª [is] twentyª gerahs:)ª an halfª shekelª [shall be] the offeringª of the LORD.ª" {Exd 30:13} + "Thou shalt even takeª ° five² shekels² apieceª ¹ by the poll,ª after the shekelª of the sanctuaryª shalt thou takeª ° [them]: (the shekelª [is] twentyª gerahs:)ª" {Num 3:47} + "And those that are to be redeemedª ° from a monthª oldª ¹ shalt thou redeem,ª ° according to thine estimation,ª for the moneyª of fiveª shekels,ª after the shekelª of the sanctuary,ª which¹ [is] twentyª gerahs.ª" {Num 18:16} + "And the shekelª [shall be] twentyª gerahs:ª twentyª shekels,ª fiveª and twentyª shekels,ª fifteenª ² ¹ shekels,ª shall be¹ your maneh.ª" {Ezk 45:12}
