having his uncleanness upon him:
That is, in other words, "when he is unclean." "But the soulª that¹ eatethª ° [of] the fleshª of the sacrificeª ¹ of peace offerings,ª that¹ [pertain] unto the LORD,ª having his uncleannessª upon¹ him, even that¹ soulª shall be cut offª ° from his people.ª ¹ ... Moreover the soulª that¹ shall touchª ° any¹ unclean² ¹ [thing, as] the uncleannessª of man,ª or¹ [any] uncleanª beast,ª or¹ any¹ abominableª uncleanª [thing], and eatª ° of the fleshª ¹ of the sacrificeª of peace offerings,ª which¹ [pertain] unto the LORD,ª even that¹ soulª shall be cut offª ° from his people.ª ¹" {Lev 7:20-21}

that soul:
That is, according to some, thrust out of the priest's office, or from officiating at the altar; or, according to others, cut off by some immediate stroke of divine justice, like Nadab and Abihu.
