- trespass:
- "Or¹ if a soulª touchª° any¹ uncleanª thing,ª whether¹ [it be] a carcaseª of an uncleanª beast,ª or¹ a carcaseª of uncleanª cattle,ª or¹ the carcaseª of uncleanª creeping things,ª and [if] it be hiddenª° from¹ him; he¹ also shall be unclean,ª and guilty.ª° ... Or¹ if¹ he touchª° the uncleannessª of man,ª whatsoever¹ uncleannessª [it be] that¹ a man shall be defiledª° withal, and it be hidª° from¹ him; when he¹ knowethª° [of it], then he shall be guilty.ª°" {Lev 5:2-3} + "And he shall bringª°¹ his trespass offeringª unto the LORDª for¹ his sinª which¹ he hath sinned,ª° a femaleª from¹ the flock,ª a lambª or¹ a kidª of the goats,ª for a sin offering;ª and the priestª shall make an atonementª° for¹ him concerning his sin.ª¹ ... It¹ [is] a trespass offering:ª he hath certainly²° trespassedª° against the LORD.ª" {Lev 5:18-19} + "And he shall bringª° his trespass offeringª unto the LORD,ª a ramª without blemishª out of¹ the flock,ª with thy estimation,ª for a trespass offering,ª unto¹ the priest:ª ...
