it is the plague of leprosy:
"When¹ a manª shall have¹ in the skinª of his fleshª a rising,ª a scab,ª or¹ bright spot,ª and it be¹ in the skinª of his fleshª [like] the plagueª of leprosy;ª then he shall be broughtª ° unto¹ Aaronª the priest,ª or¹ unto¹ oneª of his sonsª ¹ the priests:ª" {Lev 13:2}
