the anointing:
"Takeª° thou¹ also unto thee principalª spices,ª of pureª myrrhª fiveª hundredª [shekels], and of sweetª cinnamonª half² so much,ª [even] two hundredª and fiftyª [shekels], and of sweetª calamusª two hundredª and fiftyª [shekels], ... Whosoeverªª compoundethª° [any] like it,¹ or whosoever¹ puttethª° [any] of¹ it upon¹ a stranger,ª° shall even be cut²° off¹ from his people.ª¹" {Exd 30:23-33} + "And he madeª°¹ the holyª anointingª oil,ª and the pureª incenseª of sweet spices,ª according to the workª of the apothecary.ª°" {Exd 37:29}
sweet incense:
"And the LORDª saidª° unto¹ Moses,ª Takeª° unto thee sweet spices,ª stacte,ª and onycha,ª and galbanum;ª [these] sweet² spicesª with pureª frankincense:ª of eachª shall there be¹ a likeª [weight]: ... Whosoeverªª shall makeª° like unto that,¹ to smellª° thereto, shall even be cut offª° from his people.ª¹" {Exd 30:34-38}
