Rephaims:

Ashteroth:
The same as Ashteroth, a city of Bashan, where Og afterwards reigned. "Afterª he had slainª °¹ Sihonª the kingª of the Amorites,ª which¹ dweltª ° in Heshbon,ª and Ogª the kingª of Bashan,ª which¹ dweltª ° at Astarothª in Edrei:ª" {Deu 1:4} + "And the coastª of Ogª kingª of Bashan,ª [which was] of the remnantª ¹ of the giants,ª that dweltª ° at Ashtarothª and at Edrei,ª" {Jsh 12:4} + "All¹ the kingdomª of Ogª in Bashan,ª which¹ reignedª ° in Ashtarothª and in Edrei,ª who¹ remainedª ° of the remnantª ¹ of the giants:ª for these did Mosesª smite,ª ° and cast them out.ª °" {Jsh 13:12} + "And halfª Gilead,ª and Ashtaroth,ª and Edrei,ª citiesª of the kingdomª of Ogª in Bashan,ª [were pertaining] unto the childrenª of Machirª the sonª of Manasseh,ª [even] to the one halfª of the childrenª of Machirª by their families.ª" {Jsh 13:31}

Zuzims:
"(That¹ also¹ was accountedª ° a landª of giants:ª giantsª dweltª ° therein in old time;ª and the Ammonitesª callª ° them Zamzummims;ª ... "The Emimsª dweltª ° therein in times past,ª a peopleª great,ª and many,ª and tall,ª ° as the Anakims;ª ... Whichª also¹ were accountedª ° giants,ª as the Anakims;ª but the Moabitesª callª ° them Emims.ª" {Deu 2:10-11}

Shaveh Kiriathaim:
or, the plains of Kiriathaim, Kiriathaim was beyond Jordan, 10 miles west-ward from Medeba, and afterwards belonged to Sihon, king of Heshbon. "And Kirjathaim,ª and Sibmah,ª and Zarethshaharª in the mountª of the valley,ª" {Jsh 13:19} + "Against Moabª thus¹ saithª ° the LORDª of hosts,ª the Godª of Israel;ª Woeª unto¹ Nebo!ª for¹ it is spoiled:ª ° Kiriathaimª is confoundedª ° [and] taken:ª ° Misgabª is confoundedª ° and dismayed.ª °" {Jer 48:1} + "And upon¹ Kiriathaim,ª and upon¹ Bethgamul,ª and upon¹ Bethmeon,ª" {Jer 48:23}
