1And Uriel said to me: 'Here shall stand the angels who have connected themselves with women, and their spirits assuming many different forms are defiling mankind and shall lead them astray into sacrificing to demons as gods, [here shall they stand,] till the day of the great judgement in 2which they shall be judged till they are made an end of. And the women also of the angels who 3went astray shall become sirens.' And I, Enoch, alone saw the vision, the ends of all things: and no man shall see as I have seen.

19:1 Then Uriel said, Here the angels, who cohabited with women, appointed their leaders;

19:2 And being numerous in appearance (30) made men profane, and caused them to err; so that they sacrificed to devils as to gods. For in the great day [there shall be] a judgment, with which they shall be judged, until they are consumed; and their wives also shall be [judged], who led astray the angels of heaven that they might salute them.

(30) Being numerous in appearance. Or, "assuming many forms" (Knibb, p. 106).

19:3 And I, Enoch, I alone saw the likeness of the end of all things. Nor did any human being see it, as I saw it.
